That's Japanese style.
I ate many kinds of Japanese foods and sweets after returning to Japan.
I already finished to organize my room, so start cooking all meals.
When I make meals except for pasta dishes or noodles,
I almost eat rice and miso soup.
I prepared the dried fish (a little bit salty) and cold tofu (like a appetizer)
with rice and miso soup for today's dinner.
I think that combination is one of typical Japanese meals.
If you all have a chance to visit Japan, I want to prepare Japanese
home-cooked dishes for you all!

Hi Chieko! Glad you are doing well in Japan! This meal looks very different than American style! I was thinking about it compared to the burgers that we ate at In-and-Out Burger!
ReplyDeleteYour English language ideas sound very good. I think that you will be able to help many foreigners in Japan as you have now just returned from experiencing living as a foreigner in another country. You are very thoughtful and sweet and I'm sure will try to help and smooth their way living in Japan.
Hello to Yazu and talk to you again soon!
Karen
Hi Karen!
ReplyDeleteI miss In-and-Out Burger!
There are some burger shops, but
it's hard to find the burgers like
a "charburger".
The volunteer to help foreigners is
one of important challenge for me.
I found one organization what needs
volunteers, so I might contact them.
Yasu is also really fine, and he wakes
up a hour earlier than being in SB.
Take care
Chieko
