One of my acquaintances gave me this adorable figurine. This is called "Aka-Beko (Red-Cow)".
He told me that "Aka-Beko" seemed to invite the fortune.
Some of my important people started or will start new life or new job.
I really hope that they can receive the fortune from this cute cow!
In Tohoku region of Japan, we call the cow Beko. The Red-Cow is the folk toy in Aizu area of Fukushima prefecture in Japan. A long time ago, when people were in great trouble, Red-Cow appeared from somewhere and helped them. The Red-Cow is loved as 'a happy cow', 'a guardian angel'.
